3-5 year old students have education in Gelişim Koleji Kindergarten which is in Karşıyaka since it was built in 1987. Active learning, Multiple Intellingence and Traditional Teaching methods are used  in activities which are planned according to students' age periods and capabilities.Using one of the most significant teaching methods "role model" in our programs which is designed for each age group, students are able to adapt their learnings into real life situations. With fun activities, targeted behaviors and aims are integrated in children's lives like they are a part of their life styles.

In Çiğli İ.A.O.S.B Kindergarten the students between the ages 0-2 and 3-6 can have preschool education For the age group 0-2 the students are taken care of in the special rooms designed for them to rest and play .Children spend time with their teachers in those rooms by playing games , listening to stories and songs and have the necessary trainings . 3-6 year old students' activities multiple intelligence, active learning ,cooperative learning  tecniques are used  with creative question structures.

4-6 year old students have field trips ,social  and drama ctivities to raise their awareness. Students also have English, Sports, Music, Ballet, Art and Chess classes with experienced teachers. Every stage in the ecucational progress has been planned and observed.

In Ulukent Campus ,6 year old students  are prepared for a student centered educational program which develops their state of social readiness .Activities developing creativity and problem solving  skills are followed in the kindergarten educational program . Kindergarten students also take primary students as an example in taking responsibility , focusing,following the rules and solving problems.

In Gelişim differences between students  are taken  into consideration while preparing  student centered programs and activities such as active learning, cooperative learning, multiple intellegence activities  are used to aim to build resarching, learning and critical thinking skills.
There are 10 departments in Gelişim and each department has a director and an academic coordinator organises the bridge in between the primary , middle school and the high school.All the departments work independently but as a part of the whole.
